Hammond Collection Spinosaurus:

The first HC dino I ever picked up and still probably my favourite. Though to be fair, I am biased since it is my favourite dinosaur of the whole franchise. The figure is great, poses well, is easy to balance, and while not 100% accurate to the movie design it looks fantastic and captures the essence well. A 10/10 in my eyes. I love it so much!!!

Real Grade Evangelion Mark 6:

My third ever model kit and... it's and evangelion. If I'm being honest, these kits are all pretty similar, though that makes the differences all the more noticable. Mark 6 is a bit taller due to an extra segment in the chest, the shoulder pilons are are different, and it had the halo and the spear, which really complete the look. Mark 6 is my favourite design in the franchise, so of course I love this pretty much perfect recreation of it. The multicoloured part in the heat is also really impressive and the more model kits I build the more I can appreciate it. Building it is really fun and if you can find it for a good price I'd really recommend it. Finally this fantastic the design can get the spotlight it was denyed in the movies

High Grade Gelgoog Menace:

When I fist saw this kit on the store shelf I thought it would be bulky and hard to fit in amongst my other figures here. In a way I was right, but I#ve come to love the bulkiness and precence it has. For a fairly small and simple kit it stands out quite well. The biggest drawback it has are the stickers. The wings on the back specifically are just black and all the colours on them come from massive stickers you have to put on. Their not too bad but some do cover up some great molded details and that's a real shame. I've actually left a few stickers off for that reason. Still, what is here is good and I like it a lot

Hammond Collection Stygimoloch:

Look at them headbutting! A very fun little figure. Why do I have two? Bought one myself and got the other as a gift. These were really easy to find here and really cheap, even going on sale sometimes. If you can still find it for retail price, pick it up! It looks great, if a bit inaccurate, poses really well despite the head looking big enough to make it fall over, and it's just really cute :)

Figure-Rise Standard Nyaan:

From Gundam GQuuuuuux, Nyaan here is a great kit that comes with a lot more than I had expected. She has two seperate options for the upper body to change her outfit, hair open or in a pony tail, some optional parts to iproove posability and the cute little crab robot that sits next to her (though that one is unfotunate really colour inacurate compared to the show). She looks like she jumped straight out of the show and does a lot for how simple it is compared to other kits I've built

You can also see the back of the High Grade Aerial Rebuild here but that will be covered in another section

i

High Grade Gundam Aeriel Rebuild:

I'll be honest, I like the regular Aerial design a lot more but the Rebuild here isn't bad at all. While looking similar at a glance the build of this is completely different from the regular Aerial. Additionally it comes with a unique weapon and a unique way to use all those Bits. Here they can not only attache to the Mobile Suit and act as a shield but they can also go onto the rifle which looks great. A great kit and good design that I'm happy to have on my shelf (though it is unfortunatelly a bit hidden in these pictures)

High Grade Gundam Aeriel:

While small, this is an absolutely beautiful looking kit and one of my favourite gundam designs ever (I haven't even seen the show it's from). It also pairs up really well with the Suletta next to it. The build is fun and quick, colour seperation is fantastic, only lacking a bit on the bits, and the sticker options allow you to choose which version to build. The pre molded chest pieces are also fantastic and look beautiful. I also really love the effect piece for the beam rifle. This kit is all around fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone, experienced or not, fan of the show or not

High Grade Tickbalang:

It'S a plane. That's kind of it. Cheap and quick to build this thing did kind of surprise me. I thought it would just be a static brick but this thing has moving thrusters and landing gear that can be flipped out as well es some moving parts on the top. It's meant to go with another kit as a sort of transport planeit so it just fills out the background of my Witch from Mercury collection

High Grade Lfrith Thorn:

This little gremlin looking guy is great. Despite the weird proportions it is posable and as with all kits from this line it looks great. A very unique esthetic while still looking like a Gundam, it stands out on the shelf in the best way possible

High Grade Calibarn:

The final Gundam from the show, this thing looks great in model kit form. The Shell Units in rainbow colours look as good as they did in the show and the weapon is really unique and unlike anything that comes with any other model kit. The pure white design might seem boring to some but I'm a bit fan and there is more than enough detail sculpted in that it doesn't get boring to look at. The build is as good as the other kits in this series and while looking similar to the other Gundams it, like all of them, feels unique to put together

High Grade Lfrith:

My favourite Gundam design ever. The colours are unique, the design is fantastic and the posing is fantastic. This was a bit of a grail kit for me and it was the one I went out of my way to get the most so far. The build is easy but really fun and I've been playing around with it frequently since I got it. If they made a Master Grade of this I would get it. Real Grade? I'd get it. Super Deformed? I would get it no questions asked

Figure-Rise Standard Suletta Mercury:

My first human model kit and a great one at that. She looks just like she does in the show. The build is fairly simple, a lot of fun and a nice change of pace from the robots. There are three faces included that are simple enough to switch out though only one of them is painted. The other two have to be customised using included water slides that can be a challange to put on if it's your first time (which it was for me. There are many choices for facial expressions and it's hard to only choose two of them. The kit also comes with unique stickers that have to be rubbed onto the plastic to make them stick. These look fantastic and where a joy gto put on. Over all, Suletta here is great and I really recommend this kit. It also comes with a cute little Haro!!!

High Grade Gundnode:

My first ever Premium Bandai kit, and what a kit it is. I got two of them since the kits are made to connect to each other like they did in the show. You could build a massive grid of these so two isn't really that much, but it's enough for me. I'm happy with the two I have. This kit is a completely unique build and shares no parts with other Witch from Mercury kits (many P-Bandai kits are retools of other kits) and it is a great build, which is good since I had to do it twice. Also, please put in the effort and cut the hand claws appart with an exacto knife. You can get some nice extra posability out of them if you do that

Robot Spirits Evangelion Unit 13:

This may be my favourite Evangelion design, only rivaled by Mark 6. This is a figure and not a cheap one at that. That being said, it's worth the price. Unit 13 here poses fantastically and can pull off all the poses you'd want to recreate from the Movies. It comes with two Lances of Longinus and one Spear of Casius (currently helf by RG Unit 1) as well as some gray bits to attache onto the shoulder pilons and the four drones that can fly around it by attaching them to some transparent arms that can go onto the back of the figure. It has a lot of extra hands and a seperate chest piece to get rid of the two extra arms. It also has an included stand. Over all, I love this thing and it is a centerpiece in any collection, even if it is a bit covered on my shelf right now

I love the Witch from Mercury show and love the designs even more. SO far I unfortunately only have the Gundams but all the different Mobil Suits in the show are so cute and unique and I want all of them. Expect this specific collection to keep growing :P

i

Hammond Collection Juvenile Triceratops:

HE'S SOOO CUTEEEEE!!!

Robot Spirits Evangelion Unit 2 Alpha:

I'm not the biggest fan of the regular Unit 2 design but this one hits the spot for me. It's unique and looks great. The figure isn't cheap but it was well worth it. The rocket launchers on the back are detachable and can really reduce the bulk of this design. The massive gun looks fantastic and has some movable parts to make posing with it easier. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't come with the other weapons this Unit uses in the movie. That being said, it would have just made it even more expensive so maybe it's for the better

Hammond Collection Giganotosaurus:

This big boy is the reason I started to like the Dominion Giganotosaurus design. Is it perfectly scientifically accurate? No, not at all. Could they have made it accurate? Yeas, most definatelly. But I don't care! This thing looks cool and I'm all here for it. It poses well, looks exactly as it does in the movie and is just so big and fun to play around with. Maybe I'm biased because this was a Christmas present from my Boyfriend (I love you honey), but I think I'd still love it without that

High Grade Gyan Hakuji-Packs:

I didn't think I'd like this kit. The knight like Gundam designs never really appealed to me but after building it and holding it in my hands for a while it did grow on me. Still, the regular Gyan design looks stupid to me. The big lance looks really cool and while there is a stand included to hold it up, I find that the kit is more than capable of holding it on its own. The gun shield is a really fun idea too. It looks even better now that it has a cool mount to ride on :P

No Grade Galabagos:

This thing is old and I just found it sitting on a shelf at my local store. It's not even a reprint! this thing is from the 80s and they had three (!) of them there. I bought one, built it and had a lot of fun with it, so guess what. I got a second one! And it's been months and the third is still there, on the same shelf, collecting dust (metaforically speaking). I'm currently painting the second one so it will end up on the shelf eventually. Be aware that this thing needs to be glued and the building experience is very different comapred to the newer kits, but it is still fun and a sort of novelty to put together now. I'm debating whether I should get the third one to finally give it a happy home or if I should leave it there so that maybe, eventually, someone else can experience building this kit

High Grade Red Gundam [Customised]:

The red Gundam has a great mold but the colour scheme just didn't appeal to me so I decided to take a rist. This thing is hand painted and was my first attempt at customizing a model kit. It was a lot of fun but also a lot of work, and I realised during this process that my patience is more limited than I thought. That being said, I'm really happy with how it turned out and seeing the result of my effort on the shelf next to me every day makes me really happy. I'm currently working on my second custom and my patience is once again running thin, but alas, it makes me happy

i

No Grade Evangelion Unit 1 Awakened:

It poses worse than the real grades. It does not scale with my other Evangelion kits. The build was a bit overly simple. However... doesn't this look great? This design of Unit 1 is so cool and the glowing arm is awsome and the scene from the movie is amazing and aaaaaahhh!!! I'm really happy with this thing, despite its drawbacks and I do not regret it at all (though I am happy that I got it on sale since it is a bit too expensive otherwise I feel)

Super Deformed Gundam Calibarn:

It's cute. It's awsome. It's the SD Clibarn! Secifically the SD Cross-Silhouette Calibarn, which means that you can bild it the way I have it here or make it even mpre chibi and cute and give it big expressive eyes. I went with this look since it fits the SD Aerial I have better. The Calibarn here is surprisingly posable, even having working (limited) knees and an ab crunch and the weapon has some posability too. This thing is an easy recommendation since it looks great and is easy to build, even for beginners. Get yourself a cute little robot

Hammond Collection Ornitholestes:

Ornitholestes shows up at the start of the second book (well, as a corps at least) and it looks n othing like this figure. The book version is green and has no feathers, and while having an accurate version would have been nice I also get why they changed it. Most dinos in the books are green, scaley and aren't really described in great detail. In a way, they would all look about the same and that would be boring. I really like this figure. The swapable hands don't really do much since they look almost the same, but it's nice to have them still

Hammond Collection Sinoceratops:

I've seen a lot of people online having a lot of complaints about this figure and I get it. It's too short to be movie accurate. The movie design isn't scientifically accurate. Why no glass eyes anymore. The thing is, I don't care (except about the glass eyes sometimes). The texturing is great and the paint looks really good. To me this is still a really good representation of the movie Sinoceratops. It's cute and I really like the swapable horn. The mouth could have just been a joint but I don't mind the swapable part either. I just really like having this goofy little guy on my shelf

i

Hammond Collection Corythosaurus:

A lucky find! I had seen onlyine that people are really struggling to find older figures for good prices, so imaging my surprise when I came across this guy in a regular store for normal retail price. They had two actually, so I hope someone else had that same happy experience I did when finding it. The figure itself is great. One of the older HC figures, but you wouldn't notice. The colours are fantastic and the dinosaur looks like it jumped right out of the screen. I'm really happy I found this guy

Real Grade Wing Gundam Zero EW:

My first model kit that isn't an Evangelion. It's great! A very fun build that's somewhat challenging due to the small pieces and moving parts, but far from too much. While it's an older kit it still holds up well, from the building experience at least. Reading up on it online, apperently the joints don't hold up over time when they get moved too much. I myself essentially just built it, played around with it a bit and then pöut it in a pose I liked and stood it on my shelf, so I haven't had any problems at all with it yet. Despite the problems it could have down the line, I love this thing. It looks fantastic, the build it fun, and it's far from expensive (I got it for 32€ which seems fair). I highly recomend it

Real Grade Evangelion Unit 0:

A little hidden in the current position, Unit 0 looks great and poses just as well as the other. I have less to say about this one since the build is largely the same as the other, though you do have the option to make two different chest pieces and shoulders. I like this design a lot more than the blue TV version and this kit came with the big gun from the first rebuild movie. It's a great kit and I would recommend it just as much as the other Evangelion Real Grades

Real Grade Sazabi:

Big, bulky and really cool, this kit is massive and demands presence on the shelf. My pictures here don't really do this amazing kit justice. Despite the bulkiness it is very posable and is made even better with all the little shifting armor parts all over this mobile suit. It is a joy to build and play around with. one of the best Real Grade kits and Gunpla kits in general, this thing is worth it. Now I just have to wait until the Nu Gundam shows up so it can have a perfect opponent

Hammond Collection Troodon:

Mean looking little guys. I really like the pose I put them in here. One is on the hunt while the other is doing its best meerkat impression, putting its head up high to keep a lookout. These where easy to get and I still see them at stores even though they are already out of production as far as I know. Get it if you can. I get that it's not a movie design or based on anything really, but these little guys are great. Look great, pose great, everything about them is just great

i

Hammond Collection Atroceraptor:

Hammond Collection Therizinosaurus:

Real Grade Force Impulse Gundam:

High Grade GQuuuuuux:

i

High Grade Gundam Barbatos:

An old kit that does have its issues, espesially with the inner frame, but I still like it a lot. Barbatos has such a cool design and this kit captures it really well. It comes with some additional parts so you can recreate different forms of the Gundam. I have made a bit of a mix here. The shoulders are from the 4th form but the left arm is from the 1st. I just think it looks the best

Real Grade Evangelion Unit 1:

My first ever model kit and still one of my favourites (though I am biased due to my love of the show), the Eva Unit 1 here looks great and has way too many cool little features. To get my only complaint out of the way: the knees have become quite lose over time and it can be a bit of a struggle to get it into free standing poses. That being said, if you squeeze the joints together a bit and have some patience they will hold enough to make it work. Other than that, posability is fantastic and it can do all those organic poses you'd want to get it into. The mouth can open, the plates on the chest move when you move the arms and the thighs bulge a bit when you bend the knees enough. Some of the best model kit posability I've ever seen. Note that the spear it is holding did not come with this kit but whith the Unit 13 Figure intead. It is however compatible with the spear from the Mark 6 kit

Hammond Collection Scutosaurus:

Why did they make this? WHy do I have it? What even is a Scutosaurus? All good questions, none of which will be answered. This little guy looks great, poses surprisingly well and and is just really cute in a kind of ugly way. This thing does not appear in any of the movies, isn't a well known animal to the public and, despite the name, isn't even a dinosaur. WHat can I really say here? Just look at it. It's great and everyone should have one, The world would be a better place with more Scutosaurus in in

Real Grade Unicorn Gundam:

For how small this kit is it packs way more in it than you'd think. It poses well and has the full transformation from Unicorn Mode to Destroy Mode. While it's a bit finicky due to all the small parts but the fact that it's here at all and works as well as it does is incredible. Here it is in Unicorn Mode but you can see the transformed version further down on this site on the Full Armor Unicorn Gundam kit

Hammond Collection Allosaurus:

One of the best Hammond Collection dinos both when it comes to looks and especially posability. It's well ballanced and all the joints move beautifully. This is an easy recommendation as it's not too big nor too small and you get a lot out of this basically perfect package

30 Minute Preference Rei Ayanami:

Despite the name, this took me more than 30 minutes to build. That being said, this kit was great. Simple, fairly quick to build and looking good, this version of Rei is fantastic. She is exactly what you'd expect and the printed faces this kit comes with llow you to capture her personality well. She poses well and has some alternate parts included to to get some more extreme poses than you could with the basic joints. She also comes with a few accessories like a pair of glasses and the Spear of Longinus. I really like this kit and can't wait to add Asuka next to her

Hammond Collection Stegosaurus:

Facing off with its real world nemesis, this Stegosaurus looks great, even if it is a bit of a brick. Posing isn't this guys strongest aspect but it more than makes up for it with the perfect screen accurate look. The paint job on this thing is so beautiful and I still can't get enough of it, even though I've had it since it came out. It is a bit back heavy due to that massive tail but it's still easy enough to balance. Sadly this thing has become a shelf warmer at my lokal toy store since it really is great and deserves more attention

Figure-Rise Standard Amate Yuzuhira (Machu):

Hammond Collection Tiger Veloceraptor:

When these came out I saw people online complaining about them a lot. They have an underbite, some moulding issue or something broke right out of the box. Speaking from my own experience, these little guys are great. I have two of them (bought one myself and got one as a gift later) and both of them are perfect. Nothing broken, no issues with the jaw, everything just works and looks great. That being said, even I have to acknowledge that the paint job deasn't look as the animal in the movie does. The tiger raptors from The Lost World are iconic and it's unfortunate that these toys don't represent them more closly. Still, on thier own I really like these and am happy to have two so I can get them in fun poses together

High Grade Gundam GFreD:

My first High Grade kit after only ever building Real Grades. It looks great, poses well and is a fun and decently quick build. This is also the first time I decided to put on all the stickers. I feel like they make Real Grades lokk a bit too busy, but here they add a lot of nice and sometimes even needed detail to the figure. Putting them on was actually kind of fun and make the kit look a lot better than it would otherwise. I also made it fly (the stand is not included but came with another Gyan kit) and it looks fantastic. A recommendation for both beginners but also more experienced builders who are looking for something simpler

i

Hammond Collection Mussaurus:

The first one to one scale Hammond Collection figure, according to the book at least. Back when Micheal Crichton wrote The Lost WOrld we only had the bones of an infant Mussaurus but at the time it was assumed to be an adult. While this figure is supposed to be one to eightteen scale and represents what we now know to be an adult, it also matches the palm sized animal described in the book and I just think it's really neat

Hammond Collection Dryosaurus:

Another novel dino and another fun figure. It comes with swapable mouth pieces, one closed and the currently attached open one. I'll be honest, I would like to have the closed mouth on the figure since I think it loks better, but removing the open one, which is on the figure out of the box, is really hard to remove and I'm scared of breaking something, so the open one stays on

High Grade Turn A Gundam:

A unique model kit befitting of this unique design. The Turn A Gundam looks odd with its mustache like blade antennas and the overall rounded shapping that it has and I love all those quirks. While the colours are basic for a Gundam it stands out among all the others and the longer I've had it nd played with it the more I've come to like it. While the build is a bit dated and the poly cap joints don't all hold up as much as I'd like them to, it is still great unlike any other Gunpla out there

The little bags behing the figures keep all the spare parts safe. There are way too many of them :P

show picture only

Keropla:

Standing proudly on a seperate shelf in my living room is Sergeant Keroro with his friends. These are the Mk.2 Mechs and when I saw these on the site I order most of my Gunpla from I had no idea what these were but I knew I had to have them. They are adorable and surprisingly posable for what they are. building these was simple but refreshingly fun and a nice change of pace after building a lot of more complex kits. The kits do show their age a bit. The polycap joints are fine for the most part but do have some problems when more weight is put on them. Each of them has a transformation to become a vehicle of some sort and they could also combine into one big super robot, but that thing is a bit clunky and doesn't look as good to me as the seperate mechs. I still don't know anything about this franchise, but these little guys always make me smile when I walk past them :)

Master Grade Super Deformed Gundam Aerial:

My first taste of a MG build with the familiar cuteness of the SDs. This kit looks adorable (though not quite as cute as the regular SD Aerial I think) while posing well and being a joy to build. I love picking this thing up and putting it in new poses all the time and keep the spare parts for it on my desk so I can get as much out of it as possible. The Shell Units (it's a thing from the show and would take too long to explain) look great and in addition to the red ones there are also blue versions included which can easily be swapped out. Over all this kit is fantastic and got me hooked on these little guys

Master Grade Super Deformed Wing Zero Gundam EW:

After my first MGSD I wanted more and building the Wing Zero again had a sort of nostalgic feeling for me (the Real Grade was my first Gunpla kit after all) And I enjoyed it a lot. Compared to the RG this thing is way more intricate to build and looks fantastic. The SD cuteness is great but it still looks cool in the same way the normal version does. The wings look better than they ever have and despite the weird proportions it can still pull off the plain transformation and looks decent doing it (it's basically just a Gundam laying down so there's not much you can do)

Here we have my little desk toys. These three entertain me almost daily whenever I'm at my desk.

On the left is the High Grade Beargguy. An incredebly adorable kit that does show its age a little but it's not too bad. It mostly just sits there and looks really cute but it is also great to play around with. If you had told me that a Gundam kit could be this cute but here it is.

In the center is my main entertainer out of these three. The Super Deformed Gundam Aerial. This is a simple small kit that uses a lot of stickers for the details, but it looks great despite that. Its posability is very limited but in a way that makes it more fun to play with. A simple small representation of my favourite Gundam design that still looks great and is a ton of fun.

Finally on the right we have Chibi Kero, building his own little Gunpla kit.

What I collect:

Jurassic World Hammond Collection Figures:

I've been collecting these since summer 2025. I've only gotten ones I found in stores myself and have a few that other people got for me. For how casual I am about it compared to others I'd say that my collection is pretty sizable.

Evangelion:

Evangelion, both the original show as well as the rebuild movies, is one of my favourite franchises ever and getting merch for it has proven to be somewhat chalanging where I am. Here I have a few model kits as well as regular figures.

Gundam Model Kits:

I mainly collect these purely based on vibes (I've only seen Gquuuuuux and Witch from Mercury). I don't know what the one with the wings does, but it sure looks awsome. Besides the big mechs I also have some human kits and the ever important Haros (the little ball guys)

All in all, I'm fairly casual about collecting these things. I've only recently gotten back into model kits, mainly because I find building them really relaxing, and I mostly only get stuff that I randomly come across and that looks apealing to me.

I hope you like my little shelf :)

Is this up to date?

no :(

I also have a Danboard kit but it's on its own somewhere else and I'm to lazy to add a whole new section just for that, sorry

Real Grade Full Armor Unicorn Gundam:

It's the same amazing kit as the normal one though I like the teal colour of the psycho frame on the inside a lot more than the standard red and this thing is way bulkier due to al the extra attachments. Unfortunately the shoulder broke when I tried to pose it once I was finished. This seems to be a common problem with these unicorn kits and I guess I just got lucky with my first one. Still, this thing is great and well worth it.

Real Grade Gundam Zephyranthes:

Real Grade Build Strike Gundam:

High Grade Seravee Gundam:

Real Grade Aile Strike Gundam:

Real Grade Gundam 00 Raiser:

High Grade Gundam G-Self Perfect Pack:

This is the first time that I can say that I don't like a model kit. Building it was fin and fun (though my nippers broke while doing it which was not so fun) but the finished kit is not very good. Posability is very limited. The waist has barely any movement but just enough to bend backwards because it's too weak to hold the weight of the backpack. The legs are very limited, the arms are weirdly stiff and so are the arms on the backpack. I had heard that it wasn't the best before getting it but I really like the design of the G-Self and thought it couldn't be that bad. Ultimately I managed to get it into something similar to the pose I wanted and it will now sit on the shelf and never be touched again unless I have to move it. Also there are way too many stickers here. I usually don't care that much about them, but they are in such obvious areas and the kit is missing so many colours without them that you can't just leave them off unless you wanted to paint them on yourself.
